This rainbow smoothie is full of beautiful colors and flavors. Fruits and vegetables are naturally vitamin-rich rainbow of goodness.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of frozen triple berries (strawberry, blueberry, blackberry)

  • 1/2 cup of frozen mangoes

  • 1/2 of a banana

  • Handful of kale (remove stem)

  • 2 pitted Medjool dates

  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds

Prepare

  • Place all ingredients in high-speed blender
  • Add 1 cup of water
  • Blend until smooth and creamy
  • Enjoy
